Jeff Tarter, owner of Tarter Builders, has been in the building business for over 20 years.  He has worked his way up through the ranks by spending time in all phases of construction.  After finishing his college career, he became an apprentice to a well known architect, became lead project manager for a large and well respected construction firm and worked on many large projects in the Bloomington area.

After starting Tarter Builders, Jeff’s first client built their dream home on their dream lot and it has been a quality building experience continuing on to the establishment of his well respected building business.
